Customer Category makes the difference here in service with explanation. I work at a large hospital a minute drive from this Sports Cut location. My work schedule makes it hard for me to make and meet appointments. I’m a Walk in Customer with my own observations watching the stylist at work. They are professional at their trade, courteous, listen to the customers needs and deliver a good cut quickly and efficiently. However, when you walk in you are met with a chorus of “Are you here with a Reservation?”. Reply with “Walk-in Customer” and their faces turn from smiles to frowns and they simply point to a chair. Should a Supervisor be on premises you’ll be found a stylist chair for a good cut. Without a Supervisor it appears the stylist cut Reservation customers hair efficiently and quickly. Then a ritual of endless chatter and combing the customers hair a message and forth in slow motion for no apparent reason until sufficient time has lapsed for the next Reservation.This should easily become apparent when one watches the time and motion theatrics resulting in the Walk In being a dissatisfied Walk Out. I can only surmise that the stylist have determined that the tips are better with customers who have made Reservations.They as a category in the Restaurant industry are known for placing “Remember Me” dollars down in addition to the normal gratuity. (Follow the Money) I’ll return for service but if I’m faced with a prolonged wait and no service after watching the shuffle I’ll find another place for hair needs in the future.

Emily did a fantastic job as usual she is a phenomenal hair dresser and always hooks me up.

great haircut, shampoo, steamed towel, and back massage were awesome! If you need a nice hair cut for a fair price, highly recommend.
